These spice mixes can be used as a Dry Rub and as a Marinade. To use as a Dry Rub, simply lightly sprinkle your meat, fish or vegetables with the seasoning and leave to marinade for at least 2 hours. To make a liquid marinade, take 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons Water and 1 tablespoon Spice Mix and whisk together. Then place your meat, fish or vegetables in a plastic food bag and pour in your liquid marinade. Leave to infuse for at least 2 hours. Then Grill, Bake or BBQ - Makes meat very tender and juicy and gives all food an exciting moreish taste!
