We have passionately designed our "Spicely Does It" Dry Cure Chorizo Sausage Making Kit with machine to fit in with busy, good food conscious lives. The kit allows for limited preparation time and the use of trusted ingredients - encouraging creativity, fun and large dollops of pride. A perfect snazzy gift for all enthusiastic foodies and Chorizo fans alike.

Just mix our extra special Chorizo Curing Mix with pork mince, pancetta/lardons and lashings of red wine. Once filled, we promise that the exciting curing wait (5-8 days) will produce a truly magnificent gift for your taste buds

Store at room temperature away from heat and moisture. The kit also have a nice long shelf life. Removable machine parts (not base) are dishwasher safe and easy to clean. Machine has a very good suction base on smooth surfaces.
