Tomahawk Marinade - For ALL Seasons
Time for a dinner time showstopper. Smokey, sexy, steak marinade. There's more, it works as wonderfully with chicken, turkey and pork (Tomapork anyone?) fruity tomato, sweet onions, punchy black pepper and soothed with smokey overtones.
Simply coat, chill out (refrigerate) and cook. Marinate overnight to really whip out the wow.
Directions: Place your meat/seafood into a plastic food bag (less mess!). Coat and rub into every nook and cranny of 1kg pork, turkey, chicken, fish or seafood for between 1- 24 hours - then fry, roast, grill or BBQ until thoroughly cooked.
