Maple Marinade - For ALL Seasons
Maple marinade is a wonderful addition to any pork, chicken, turkey and even salmon. A beautiful blend of Maple juices, sweet paprika, ginger and a cinnamon sprinkle. Very popular with children and those rather spice shy.
With such versatility, its fail safe in keeping your guests impressed. Coat it, chill it, cook it - marinating over-night is the ace up your sleeve!
Directions: Place your meat/seafood into a plastic food bag (less mess!). Coat and rub into every nook and cranny of 1kg pork, turkey, chicken or salmon for between 1- 24 hours - then fry, roast, grill or BBQ until thoroughly cooked.
