Introduction to Sausage Making
During this introductory course you will learn the basics of sausage making, including:
The different skins that can be used
How to link sausages
Whatís actually in a sausage
What cuts of meat to use in sausages and the different fillings that can be used
The different kinds of machines that can be used to make sausages
Under the watchful eye of your course tutors you will make your own sausages that can be taken home and cooked the following day.
This course will be led by Gaynor Preece and Janet Schuster from designasausage.com.
