Designa sausage seasonings are made to our own stringent specifications. Free from Nitrites, E128 (Red 2G), Rusk, Artificial Colourants and Flavours They are not available anywhere else in the UK. ISO 9001 certified. Hours of working in our test kitchen have produced these wonderful blends, some award winning, to make the perfect sausage! Traditional sausage seasonings - such as Cumberland, Lincolnshire, Pork & Sage, Pork & Leek, Whaley Winner, SA Boerewors, SA Droewors, Chorizo, Bratwurst, Toulouse and Merguez and many more are complimented by a range of new blends for you to try! What is soo fantastic about our spices are that a lot of them can be used as marinades, seasonings, dips and dry rubs. All come with these recipe suggestions. Lemon Basil MIx 200g
Mix 1 tablspoon of seasoning, 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of water together to make a marinade. Then coat the fish of your choice and leave to marinade for a minimum of 2 hours (ideally overnight). Then grill, bbq, bake or fry until cooked through. A beautiful complement to fish. |
