The sausage machine plates are available in a selection of sizes.

The larger the size of the holes in the plate, the more coarse your meat will be.

The diameter of the plates are as follows:

Size 5 = 53.4mm.

Size 8 = 62mm.

Size 10 & 12 = 69.5mm.

Size 22 = 83mm.

Size 32 = 100mm.
